Customer Service Advisor Full Time

at Talent-UK Huddersfield in Huddersfield (Published at 07-06-2021)

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client who are a growing manufacturing company - who are looking to expand on their current customer service team in the WF4 area

The role will initially be 3 weeks training in the office working 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and then the role will be working from home with 1 week out of 3 working in the office.

The company are currently based in WF4 area however later this year will be moving to the HD5 area of Huddersfield - Colne Bridge area where the plan is then to return to full time office work, so you will need to be able to get to both areas, shift patterns available are -

1.30pm - 10pm - 5 days per week Monday to Friday

9am - 6pm = 4 days per week ( Mon-Fri) and either Sat or Sun each week 10am - 4pm

Overview of the role:

You will join the customer service team, building great relationships with customers. You will communicate with customers via the contact centre via emails, and live chat.

Working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contacts, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with both customers and suppliers, ensuring that we meet the needs of each and every order.

You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written whilst also being able to work under pressure as part of a team - Experience of working in a busy call centre environment would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities

- Responding to inbound calls from our customers, answering questions relating to their order or presales enquiries.

- Aiming to resolve all queries from our customers from the first point of contact

- Responding to emails from our customers, these could be pre-sales or after sales enquiries.

- Handling live chat enquiries with customers that are on our website

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.

You will be able to problem solve and assist our customers with their queries effectively. We are looking for someone who is confident and experienced on the phone.
