Receptionist/Call Handler based in our office (part Full Time

Telephone-Answering.biz are currently recruiting for Receptionist/Call Handler for our office based on Toddington Road, Luton LU4 9DZ. You will be part of a small team answering calls for our clients, as their receptionist/call handler/admin, so you will be the first point of contact for these companies so a friendly and mature attitude is essential. You will work from our office and handle the flow of calls through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a friendly, timely manner.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualities:

· Able to use Word and Excel from the Microsoft Office Suite and is interested in learning new software

· Has a professional attitude and appearance and a friendly but mature attitude to dealing with clients and callers

· Has good written and verbal communication skills, as spelling, punctuation and grammar are all important

· Able to think on your feet and deal with issues that may arise in a positive and friendly manner

· Able to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure

· Has an interest in learning about different businesses, industries and clients

We have 2 roles to fill. The working hours are part - time from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 10am to 2pmover five days Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis. Due to our location and limited public transport, having a car would be desirable.

The contract is permanent, after 3 months you are enrolled on to our NHS top policy an also a pension.
