Interaction Recruitment are proud to be working with this Peterborough based business in recruitng for a Full Time Receptionist/ Secretary. This will be 12 weeks via the agency before going permanent



The role will include:-

  • Answering all incoming calls and forwarding them on to the correct department or taking detailed messages

  • Meet & greet visitors

  • Carry out secretarial duties such as copy typing letters, memo's as required

  • Produce documentation in line with our clients business model

  • Filing, labelling and archiving documentation as required

  • Source & book accomodation as required

  • Print drawings from PDF and CAD viewer

  • Manage and log outgoing post

  • Manage stationary levels and order in accordance with company guidelines including printers, copiers, etc


The Person:-

  • Minimum of 3 years Reception/ Secretarial experience

  • Excellent IT Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and diligent


What's on Offer?

- Salary of £19500 - £20000 per hour depending on experience

  • On site parking

  • Permanent role

- Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
