Monday- Thursday 9:00am-17:30pm Friday- 08:30am-17:00pm

If you were successful the campaign you would be working on is primarily outbound however the leads come from customers that have previously expressed interested in payment solutions meaning your potential for commission is a lot higher than your normal outbound campaign.

What you will be doing

  • You will be engaging in telephony-based conversations with potential new customers qualifying their needs, understanding how their business operates, and how they can benefit from payment solutions.
  • You will be responsible for the customers on-boarding journey as you complete accurate sales applications that result in a seamless on-boarding experience
  • You will be responsible for achieving challenging sales metrics
  • You will work in partnership with different departments to ensure the applications go through the various assessment stages without delay.
  • Whilst you will be working in a dynamic sales department you will be seen as an account manager overseeing the entire customer journey from the point of sale to the transacting stage.

What you bring:

  • Negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Active listening skills to ensure you are offering the correct solution to the business.
  • Application process will require a high level of attention to detail and understanding of onboarding requirements.
  • Good understanding of the sales process including Telesales and on-boarding journeys
  • Solid analytical skills to determine customer needs coupled with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to determine the right solution.
  • Preferably previous business to business experience, however if you are successful you will go through extensive training to make sure you are prepared for the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,150.00-£53,880.00 per year
