Desktop Support Technician Full Time

at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust Derby in Derby (Published at 25-05-2021)

The Desktop Team provide a responsive service undertaking day to day support of desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. You will be responsible for the setup and installation of new hardware/software as well as troubleshooting and investigation into a variety of desktop related incidents and service requests.

We are looking to recruit a helpful, friendly and motivated person to be part of our IT Desktop Support Team based at Royal Derby Hospital.

You will be confident in your IT skills and be able to demonstrate experience in an IT support services environment. Knowledge of clinical IT systems, particularly Lorenzo are desirable and you should have a good understanding of national Information Security Requirements.

It is essential that you have your own transport and are willing to travel between UHDB Hospital sites.
