Social Media Manager Full Time

· Social Media Manager/Executive required to develop, manage, drive, and deliver social media, web site, and other digital related activities for a celebrity business based in Oxfordshire.


· Plan and deliver the overall digital and social media strategy for the business.

· Plan and deliver engaging brand building content and campaigns from start to finish on a variety of social platforms (such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Linkedin etc.)

· Develop and drive both organic and paid campaigns.

· Analyse the results to produce and execute recommendations.

· Full responsibility for creative, technical and strategic delivery of social media campaigns.

· Build relationships / social media relationships with appropriate key influencers and drive the digital reputation.

· Work with studios to deliver graphics/creative that support planned campaigns.

· Write and schedule content in line with company brand and personality.

· Liaise with a number of external business partners to support all joint activities across social media and ensure all projects are represented.

· Manage and oversee the website and drive its presence as a key marketing and communication tool for the business.

· Continually strive to improve the site, the user experience and web traffic via use of various tools including google analytics.

· Manage all content updates to the site via the built-in CRM system run on Wordpress.

· Work with external web development agency on any future expansion of the site.

· Monitoring and management of company blogs.

The Candidate:

The successfully appointed Social Media Manager/Executive will have the following skills and abilities:

· Demonstrable experience working in social media marketing.

· Proficient user of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, WordPress.

· Ability to write, manage and schedule content to social platforms.

· Good knowledge of social media advertising.

· Excellent creative eye with strong skills in both photography and videography for social media.

· Photo editing and video editing experience desirable.

· Experience of working with Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or other video editing software), Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey and Google Analytics is desirable.

· Competent in IT including Microsoft Office, XL, Word.

· Able to build and sustain lasting relationships with the audiences.

· The ability to multi-task as well as prioritise workload.

· Exceptional eye for detail, highly organised and methodical.

· Works well under pressure and can work to strict deadlines.

· A natural problem solver and thinker.

· Educated to a degree level or similar digital marketing qualification is desirable.

· Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's.

· Outstanding communication skills with an excellent standard of English both written and oral.

Salary and benefits:

· Up to £35,000 per annum full time equivalent (depending on skills and abilities).

· 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Increasing with service.

· Pension Scheme.

· Blended working hours in office and at home.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
