Apprentice IT Support Technician Full Time

Woodspeen Training are looking for a technical minded individual who has experience, passion and knowledge surrounding all things IT to help the business progress in-line with our current IT strategy. This role will involve liaising with our remote IT team to proactively resolve hardware, software and network issues that occur on site.

Duties to include:

  • Installing and configuring computer systems and PC?s for new/existing users and relocate equipment where necessary

  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment

  • Upgrade hardware/software as required

  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

  • Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution

  • IT Store housekeeping and recycling

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills appropriate to the situation and circumstances, whether written or verbal

  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business
