Head Chef/Kitchen Manager Full Time

at Blue Diamond Garden Centre London in London (Published at 16-05-2021)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef with a can-do attitude to manage our kitchen.

As Head Chef, we would love you to have previous experience in a similar role, with good knowledge of food and kitchen procedures with the ability to be able to manage the back of house team. The successful Chef must be self-motivated, quality driven and keen to learn and develop.

Salary will be dependant of experience, but you can expect your role to be varied and rewarding. There are great opportunities to develop and progress your career within the Blue Diamond Group. In addition, there is a generous staff discount and paid holiday.

Hours of work will be based on a 40 hour week working 5 days out of 7.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To help in delivering a consistent quality of a high standard for the restaurant.

· To provide our customers with exceptional customer service

· To assist the restaurant manager in controlling stock, minimising wastage and working within the budget provided for the restaurant.

· Providing a safe, secure and appealing food and beverage environment by adhering to the companies Health & Safety policies

The successful Head Chef will:

· Be able to work unsupervised and work well within a team

· Have a good eye for detail

· Have a minimum of 1 years industry experience showing a Steady Career History and progression.
