Customer Service and Sales Representative Full Time

We are looking for an organised and energetic candidate to join a fast-paced PropTech startup as a Customer Service and Sales Representative.

This role is NOT a typical sales role, and we are looking for more customer service "type" candidates who will work hard to deal with the inbound enquiries and existing clients, as opposed to finding new business/sales.

Location: Working from home, UK wide

Hours: 9.00 am to 6 pm Mon -Fri - Full time

Salary: £20-£25k basic, uncapped commissions, £30k-£35K OTE + benefits

Start date: Immediately

You will have strong digital and client management skills and recognise the importance of customer services.

What does a Customer Success Representative do?

You will act as a liaison between our B2B and B2C customers and the company to proactively assist with product/service information and resolve any queries.


  • Being the face of the company for our customers
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries calmly and professionally
  • Converting enquiries into sales
  • Identifying business opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Proactive business development such as outbound calls and handling inbound calls while representing our business in a professional manner
  • Good influencing skills
  • Nurturing and developing solid relationships with our customers
  • Recording, organising and maintaining data in the HubSpot CRM & General office administration
  • Secure positive customer feedback and achieve customer satisfaction targets
  • Assisting other departments, where necessary

An Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:


  • Experience in the real estate industry or tenant referencing
  • Able to act independently and to work from home
  • Previous remote support/customer service experience and sales experience with B2B / B2C
  • Be results-driven and used to working to KPI?s
  • Excellent phone and written skills
  • Go-getter attitude, always on the lookout for an up-selling opportunity (earns extra commission)
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn
  • An excellent communicator ? confident and articulate, whether on the phone or by email, with impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management
  • A can-do person with a great positive attitude, lots of energy and comfortable working at a fast pace
  • You need to have a sufficient internet connection to work from home ( >10 MBS)
