Our client are a small but impressive in-house recruitment partner who specialise in providing a strategic approach to recruitment for their clients. They have experienced a very successful year despite the pandemic and they are now looking to grow their team with a new Recruitment Advisor. Their modern offices are in Wakefield.



Job Description


The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Advisor are managing hiring processes from beginning to end, attracting candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing hiring paperwork, attend networking events, build and maintain strong working relationships, strategically supporting client accounts, maintaining systems, using applicant tracking systems, attending job fairs and careers events. The role is based in Wakefield.



The Successful Applicant


The successful candidate will have/be:


  • previous recruitment experience within agency

  • excellent communication skills

  • ability to build strong relationships

  • strong business acumen

  • ability to work under own initiative and to tight deadlines

  • computer literacy with MS packages and databases

  • familiarity with social media such as LinkedIn

  • professional and presentable

  • confident and friendly manner

  • willingness to learn and progress

  • ambitious and passionate about recruitment

What's on Offer


Our client offers a salary c£20-25K, fair commission structure, training and development opportunities, on-site parking
