Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bristol / London / Home Working

Reason: Growth

We are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to our team due to an increased number of jobs and another PSL secured.

The Company
Rytons Associates is a leading construction & development recruitment company and we are looking to expand rapidly. We are known for delivering high quality recruitment service to some of the counties best house builders & developers.
Our extensive client list, include a number of FTSE listed businesses through to new start up builders with large overseas investment. With the market bouncing back from COVID, we are looking to add 2x Recruitment Consultants / Senior Recruitment Consultant to our team to pick up existing clients. We cover mid-management through to Main Board Directors, but actively search each person for the selected role, using a mix of "old school' and modern recruitment methods.

The Role
You can be based in London, the South East or South West as we offer full flexible working. You will need at least 3-4 years experience in the whole recruitment cycle as you will be working with existing clients and expected to pick up and run quickly.

You will need to be self motivated as we are not a KPI driven business, we focus on the delivery and quality of the work. With the amount of autonomy, this will be the closest you will get to running your own business without all the headache but with all the support.

Role Responsibilities

  • 360 recruitment, client through to candidate management
  • Supporting junior consultants within the team
  • Head hunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles
  • Social media and email marketing
  • Candidate generation and qualification
  • Strategic development of the team, alongside other senior consultants

Key Requirements

  • 3 years minimum recruitment experience, able to demonstrate extensive billing history
  • House Building / Construction sector experience
  • Ambitious and driven, with a quality service focus

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
