We are currently investing in our commercial team and we have a brand-new role for a Sales Development Lead to join our NHS Services team on a 12 month fixed term position.
To support the NHS Commercial Team (initially across 2 regions) in the delivery of the current and new business strategy and performance. The role will be a pivotal in supporting the growing relationships internally and externally and also it takes away some ?burden? from the sales team, freeing up time to spend developing new business, increasing customer engagement activities and will assist the Regional Business Management and Mobilisation team and ultimately take advantage of opportunities to drive growth.

What does a Sales Development Lead do at Healthcare at Home?

Assist the Regional Business Manager and Mobilisation Team in existing and new business implementation actions and task completion and support the Regional Business Manager team with content and communication for service reviews.
Assist with the management and distribution of Regional Business Manager team documents externally and internally e.g BD008s, SLAs, etc
Maintains the SLA tracker and feeding back on a weekly basis to the RBM team.
Manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, recording customer engagement activity and growth opportunities
Responsible for own case load of NHS accounts based on an agreed segmentation model.
Make proactive levels of contact with NHS clinical and pharmacy homecare teams to drive patient numbers for existing services and delivering new accounts.
With the Regional Business Manager team construct and develop specific customer account plans in order to maximise sales, service and profitability with each customer. The plan will be driven by current and potential business.
Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, and with other external and internal stakeholders e.g SDT, finance, etc. to achieve targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitor accounts to ensure high levels of service delivery and proactively manage ongoing service issues through engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinates and attends all regular ongoing face to face service reviews and contract review meetings with specific accounts efficiently across region, as per their contract requirements.
Supporting the Regional Business Manager team regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication, taking and following up on minutes and actions from client meetings, and gathering information from key internal stakeholders
Allocating appropriate level of resource to complete and finish tasks within timelines agreed to support the team and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
Collate and prepare thorough content contributions to weekly, monthly and quarterly customer reporting and presentation slides.
Take and follow up on minutes and actions from customer, internal meetings and conference calls
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?

We are seeking someone who has strong communication skills and an ability to influence people to complete tasks within timelines agreed and who can develop and articulate sound ideas and proposals and present these in a compelling way.
You will be solutions focused and be able to identify ways of overcoming problems; capable of identifying new and creative ways of overcoming issues and able to multi-task and focuses time and energy on the most value adding tasks.
You will be able to display well developed planning & organisational skills and be able to cope well under pressure and displays personal resilience; motivated by the need to deliver results.
