Our prestigious global client based in Plymouth is searching for a HR Generalist to take a key role in driving forward organisational development and employee engagement. This is a senior position where you will be working alongside another HR Generalist. You will design and implement an organisational development strategy, supporting leaders to develop their departmental capability.

You will be:
  • Support leaders to implement Employee Satisfaction programs
  • Work with the Senior HR Manager to design and deliver leadership development solutions
  • Implement a reward and recognition strategy. Provide advice on pay and benefits.
  • Develop and implement an Employee Engagement Strategy
  • Communicate with leaders and all employees using a range of channels to build effective relationships, engage with employees
  • Contribute to the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions to meet company, team and individual needs
  • Deliver & manage the delivery of learning and development solutions.
  • Manage the attraction and recruitment process, evaluating roles, advising on recruitment methods and supporting the selection process
  • Manage the delivery of the onboarding/induction programme
  • Monitor & measure the impact of learning and development activities
  • Generate contracts of employment
  • Represent the Company on external forums and committees

You will need:
  • Experience of Organisational Development
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Minimum of 3 years as a HR Generalist
  • Great communication & employee engagement skills
  • Have a proactive approach, full of ideas

You will have no direct reports in this role and will report into the Head of HR. There are good transport links available and a fantastic benefits package, to accompany the senior level salary.
