Salary: £21,000-£23,000 pa (DOE)

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week and Monday-Friday

Recruiter Opportunity:

I am working with one of our long standing clients who are looking for their next recruitment expert to join the already successful and highly skilled team. The company you would be working for is a leading global BPO provider. They work with businesses in Telecom and Media, Healthcare and Banking sectors amongst others. The site in Derby which has recently been refurbished offers excellent facilities, a fantastic working environment, close transport links and close to local amenities.

What we?re looking for in a Recruiter:

We are looking for a passionate, hard-working Recruiter with strong volume recruiter experience, that is highly ambitious. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in a recruitment environment within volume/call centre settings. We are looking for a candidate who is organised, excellent at building relationships, resilient and passionate.

About the Recruiter role:

You will be responsible for the recruitment process in order to find the best talent for a variety of roles you will be recruiting for across the business. The majority of your recruitment will be for the quickly growing advisor level positions across a range of different roles and campaigns. It will also include other ad hoc positions including management and support services recruitment. Recruiting for all these roles from attraction stage through to assessing and placement. It will also include building and maintaining key relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter will include:

  • Undertake a review of a job description/person specification to meet the business requirements; ensure that any changes are notified.

  • Manage the production of recruitment advertisements across the full range of recruitment media; ensure that all necessary authorities are obtained prior to publication.

  • Carry out all administrative work associated with the shortlisting of direct candidate responses.

  • Liaise with recruitment agencies/Job Centres/Internet Recruitment organisations to arrange the provision of CV`s and to organise interviews; assist in administering Assessment Centres.

  • Produce reports, as required, from the recruitment systems.

  • To participate as a member of the Recruitment Team, sharing good practice and knowledge, resolving common issues and ensuring consistency.

  • Contribute to the review/continuous improvement of current interview and selection methods

About the Recruiter:

  • At least 1 year recruitment experience (Ideally within volume/contact centre recruitment)

  • Self-motivated to develop and progress yourself and others around you

  • Experienced and adaptable in working in a fast-paced environment

  • IT literate and experienced with the MS office software

  • Great organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Must have great communication skills to build relationships with colleagues

  • Ability to work as part of a great team or on your own
