FAST Team Manager Full Time

at Norfolk County Council Norwich in Norwich (Published at 27-04-2021)

37 hours per week

Permanent contract

Our Social Workers have told us they work with great people and together they make a difference to the children and young people of Norfolk.

Through Vital Signs, our vision for Children in Norfolk, we use Signs of Safety practice to work with whole family networks and across the whole system to support families to build on their strengths and to achieve the best possible outcomes.

We have established a highly ambitious and successful transformation and improvement programme and already have lots to be proud of; our new ?front door? model has been glowingly endorsed as ?transformed? by Ofsted, our new edge of care services are reducing the need for children to be looked after and we have secured a multi-million pound investment in our core social care service model.

We?re looking for a Team Manager or an experienced Social Worker ready to take the next step in their career, to lead our Family Assessment and Safeguarding Team (FAST) 2 Norwich. This is a good opportunity to lead a team that is passionate and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for children and their families.

If you?re a dedicated social work professional and like the sound of working in Norfolk, we would love to hear from you.
