Albert Dock, Liverpool City Centre (some working from home included)

We're looking for a temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join the team straight away on a fixed term contract, to help us recruit during this busy period.

What you'll be doing

You will work closely with our Resourcing Advisors to recruit for our Service Centres across the UK , for roles including drivers, warehouse operatives and customer service operators. There is potential for this role to be extended depending on business requirement.
Our amazing Internal Recruitment Team are located in the Royal Albert Dock, Liverpool City Centre. This is a busy customer focused role, where you will have a high volume of applicants to screen over the phone daily. Telephone screening candidates will be your primary task, matching candidate's skills to vacancies, and helping individuals gain employment with one of the UK's largest parcel companies.

What you'll need to show us

As one of our Recruitment Resourcers you will be comfortable working within a fast paced environment. You'll receive full training on our internal systems but experience with MS Office is essential. Most importantly you will be hardworking and have a positive can do attitude, and if you have previous recruitment experience that is a bonus but not essential. You will also be able to demonstrate:
  • You'll be a confident communicator, love speaking to people and will be able to build effective relationships over the phone
  • You'll enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment, have the ability to multi task and have an excellent attention to detail
  • You will be comfortable taking instructions but also be able to work independently and be self motivated to deliver results.
  • You will be resilient and endeavour to complete tasks in a timely manager
  • You'll be flexible to work a varied shift pattern.
