Consumer Products Division ? ASSTISTANT COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 6M FTC

The Consumer Products Division?s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacy?s and retail stores). The division is the spearhead of the group?s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L?Oréal Paris, NYX, Garnier, Maybelline & Essie.

You will:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Assistant Communications Manager to support and shape the future success of one of our key brands:
1. Press Office:
Identify and foster long-term personal relationships with VIP journalists and influencers
Organize 1:1 updates with VIP journalists and influencers, and PR events when relevant
Maximize positive brand exposure across multiple communication outlets owned by our influencers Providing support to IMC manager on DMI requests on PR, including press coverage & events
Prepare and supervise the production of press releases and influencer presentation boxes
Ensure an up to date contacts, press and influencer database is maintained
Overall responsibility for the management of the pro team of makeup artist, hair/nail stylists, and other experts in health, nutrition, wellness
Manage the launch calendar to ensure event planning is prepared timely
Drive launch strategy with approval from IMC Manager
Deal with daily press requests. with the help of intern
Be the key point of contact between bloggers (and their agents) and our legal team to ensure content is not in breach of IAB or CAD rules
2. Content:
Assist the digital and content manager in content creation: use all influencer events as a content factory and push out content live from events
Seek out blogger opportunities to support overall brand and key product launches
Be the key point of contact between bloggers (and their agents) and our legal team to ensure content is not in breach of IAB or CAD rules
Editorial responsibility for the brand twitter account

You Have:


Ideally, you?ll have experience of writing and developing external communications within a fast-paced organisation. You?re writing and presentation skills are impeccable. Your UK media knowledge is strong and you have relationships with key publications. Most importantly you?re passionate about PR and driven to land the right message with the most influential media.
