Admin Assistant Full Time

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the Quit Your Way stop smoking services. This is a part-time post (18.75 hours) within the Public Health Directorate ? QYW Services team. The post will primarily be based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital but will require travel to other NHS GGC locations on occasion as part of the role.

Candidates should have a relevant qualification in Office Administration/Secretarial Services e.g. HNC in Business Administration or a minimum of two years relevant office experience. You will be an efficient administrator who contributes significantly to achievement of the services through provision of a variety of administrative and secretarial roles. You should have good organizational skills and the ability to work without supervision. In addition, you should have comprehensive knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Packages including, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook along with experience of database management and data entry. The role involves communicating with a range of stakeholders including QYW colleagues, NHS and HSCP Staff as well as service users. Good communication skills are required. This post is 18.75 hours with a shift pattern between M Monday?Friday 12:45pm to 16:30
