Recruitment Administrator Full Time

The RAC Recruitment Team are now recruiting for a Resourcing Administrator to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration experience in either Recruitment or HR to join a very fast paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting all members of the recruitment team including the Head of Resourcing with all recruitment back office tasks. The role will mean lots of candidate interaction via telephone and E-Mail, working closely on the ATS (Application Tracking System) to ensure all candidates and vacancies are performing well. As a main point of contact in the recruitment team you will need to understand the end to end recruitment cycle and have the confidence to speak with different Stakeholders across the Business about how their vacancy is performing and provide detailed updates where necessary.

Role purpose

  • Undertake recruitment administration duties for all business functions.
  • Manage the recruitment database and tracker and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Take responsibility for inviting candidates in for interview and assessment and for providing interview feedback following their attendance - Ensure all candidates are kept informed of their recruitment progress throughout their whole application journey ? deliver a first-class candidate experience to all applicants.
  • Responsibility for arranging interview/assessment rooms, locations/hotels.
  • Take ownership of the video interviewing platform and be a main of contact for any queries relating to this.
  • Reporting of all vacancy recruitment activity.
  • Manage high volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System to manage all vacancies ensuring that the data held in the system is accurate.
  • Carry out an initial sift on applications.
  • Ensure that all candidates correspondence is carried out in a timely and accurate manner e.g., interview invites and feedback, offer and reject information.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Team to provide delivery of all recruitment needs.
  • Identify the most appropriate methods of attraction, including internal and external advertising and databases.
  • Coordinate the advertising of vacancies.
  • Keep candidates informed on the process of their application ensuring a positive candidate experience always.

Skills, Knowledge and qualifications

This role requires a candidate with previous recruitment or HR administration experience looking for their next step into a very fast paced and well-known team. Previous experience working on an ATS is a must along with the knowledge of the full recruitment cycle. With your previous experience in recruitment this will allow you to take full control of all admin duties required within the team including, arranging interviews, booking group assessment centres and managing candidates effectively through the ATS journey. Strong organisational skills will ensure you manage different campaigns simultaneously and provide a high level of detail and accuracy when communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
