About Us

We are a Telecommunications company. We supply Telephone Lines, Calls, Internet Services, Voice over IP, Telephone Systems and data cabling to businesses. Just imagine British Telecom, but a lot less staff and based in the Black Country. Our customers range from NHS, councils and large legal firms through to coffee shops with a single line and broadband. We are not a large corporate giant and try to give our customers a bit more of a personal touch, we still stick to Service level Agreements (SLA?s) and are Ofcom regulated. Our offices are in Dudley town centre opposite The Glass House Bar & Restaurant. We have an office dog, so you must be pet friendly. We try to have a relaxed atmosphere but it?s all hands on deck if there are issues so you must be able to cope with pressure and not flap. The job is advertised at your starting salary, all staff are reviewed every 6 months and we would expect the right candidate to receive performance related salary increases.
