Access and Estates Support Coordinator

Overall Job Description


  • The management of site access and estates queries, blocked access and escalations across multiple customer site portfolio?s

  • Resolve TTs (Tickets) allocated through Work Force Management system (WFM) & Customer systems where normal resolution is not possible due to access, H&S or other issues.

  • Support in booking and managing site access using the relevant tools and systems (internal and external)

  • Reactive and proactive management of site access details, contact & site hazard information in appropriate systems via emails and auto generated requests.

  • Act as main point of contact for internal & external stakeholders (including customer) on access and estates matters but primarily to support the Dispatch / EGI functions in ensuring ease of access.

  • Utilisation of internal and external tools and systems, such as HM Land Registry and OFCOM

  • Management and production of access breach reporting for customer distribution and discussion during weekly / fortnightly customer calls


Technical Competencies (Essential and Desirable)


  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel ? Essential

  • Customer service skills in telephone handling ? Desirable

  • Good written and communication skills ? Essential

  • Experience using trouble ticketing systems ? Desirable

  • Experience in telecoms operator on telecoms sites - Desirable


Academic Background


  • Proficient in the use of MS applications and basic systems

  • Good written and interpersonal skills
