Tenancy Advisor Full Time

The role:

XLN are looking for a Tenancy Advisor based in our London office. As a tenancy advisor you will act as the first point of contact for our existing customers wishing to vacate their premises or move premises. Within this role, high levels of customer service are required as you identify opportunities to retain XLN services at the vacated premises.

Salary: Basic £18,000 per annum + uncapped commission. Basic increases to £20,000 per annum following successful completion of probation period.

The job:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for our existing customers wishing to vacate their premises or move premises in order to retain them

  • Proactively contracting new tenants and landlords to ensure continuity of XLN?s services at the premises

  • Identify opportunities to retain customers by ensuring a thorough understanding of company product range and additional services

  • Deliver individual and team sales targets and KPI?s

  • Deliver world class customer service to XLN?s customers and improve the company?s relationship with each customer

  • Achieve team sales, retention and customer satisfaction targets

  • Improve the quality of customer information in CRM, in particular prospect data about customers? services with competitors

  • Ensure all calls are conducted within Ofcom guidelines

  • Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times

  • Carry out any other duties as requested by your line manager

Experience and qualifications required:

  • Minimum of Maths and English GCSE pass or equivalent

  • B2B or B2C outbound sales experience

  • Sales experience in a target-oriented environment

  • Effective call handling skills, such as opening and closing

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

  • A proactive approach and be self-motivated
