Job overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Team Support Administrator to work in our Emotional Wellbeing Hub based at Landmark House in Ipswich who our part of our Suffolk Children's, Family and Young People's services in the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust. This is a substantive position on a fixed term basis for 6 months.

The Post Holder would provide additional Administration Support to our Multi-disciplinary team who deal with all incoming referrals, up to the age of 25, for the Suffolk CFYP Care Group.

Good office based skills would be required, however, full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job

You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience, and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.

You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

Due to COVID 19 working restrictions, there may be a requirement to work from home at times and if so, you will be provided with equipment and training to support this arrangement.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The role will focus on supporting the clinical team with entering and maintaining information to patient records as well as supporting Service Users with queries or other needs by telephone. To provide the best service to our Service Users the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.

The service operates Monday to Friday 08.00 - 20.00 and involves shift work.

Essential criteria:

Previous administration experience, use of ICT applications/packages. Experience of working in a busy office and extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
