Design and Print Production Manager Full Time

Develop yourself and the business within a growing, supported franchise (utilising the Minuteman group, owners and employees from other stores).

Provide design and print output for our customers with high degree of accuracy. Only deliver products that you would be happy to receive. Produce by working through customer requirements and deciding upon the most effective and efficient method of delivery.

Produce regular marketing material for existing and new customers. Provide input into company marketing plan. Using your initiative to further develop the company?s marketing is encouraged. (Note. Your are also able to use Minuteman Press International material).

Always provide great customer service (customer first approach), giving customers progress and status updates

Continue to grow the business, enhancing its reputation for great service and swift delivery


- Swift, accurate Design in accordance with customer requirements

- Print Production and finishing. 100% Quality. Ensure peer reviews are carried out prior to customer delivery.

- Marketing production ; ideas / output

- Assist with social media content ? plans, designs and scheduling

- Quotations, job details and marketing updates via use of custom pricing and job management software (Flex)

- Basic print production and finishing ? using digital, large format printers and finishing equipment

- Basic print typesetting and design ? Creating, editing and duplicating designs as presented by and discussed with the customer.

- Support advanced design concepts, graphics and layouts for customer and internal design requirements

- Any other duties as required.

- Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget. Increase sale where possible- larger quantities and additional products.


- Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects

- Excellent communication skills for a) direct interaction with customers in relation to design and service, b) updating and explaining status of jobs, issues and next steps.

- Work under own initiative and as part of a team.

Knowledge and Experience

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Extensive working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

- Experience of design for print and preparing files for print; an iterative, feedback-driven approach to design.

- Operation of digital printer and large format printers (training supplied).

- Experience of print finishing (training supplied).
