Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting Technical Help Desk Agents to work with one of our prestigious clients.

The Position:
As a Telephony Advisor you will be part of a specialist team sitting within technical help desk area supporting business/ commercial clients in a banking environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues within the online platform and taking high volume calls. You?ll be dealing with customer issues relating to the online platform, working in a fast-paced environment and able to cope and adapt to change.

While the role is initially a 6 month temporary contract it has the potential to continue, be extended or even lead to a permanent position subject to performance.

Personal attributes: IT or Customer Help Desk background would be preferred but not essential Previous call centre experience is not essential. Applicants must demonstrate a keen desire to learn and have a hunger for success. A great attitude towards providing an excellent level of customer service which exceeds customer expectations. Strong verbal communication skills Good basic knowledge of MS office skills and PC literate Able to manage a high volume of work and be self - sufficient Applicants will be subject to strict vetting, including 3 years of referencing, a credit check and criminal record check. Hours of work: 35 hours per week Operating hours between 0800 - 1800 8 hour shifts No weekend work 2-3 months based in office then working remotely

Benefits & Requirements:
  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)

  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
