We are a fast growing accountancy practice in Coventry and a new, exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Office Manager to join our team. We are part of the UK-wide TaxAssist Accountants network which has been established for 26 year and we specialise in supporting SME?s with their tax and accounting requirements.

We are looking for somebody who is equally at home in the digital world as in the real world, as this role will cut across both social media and office management. Social media makes up a large part of our marketing and PR campaign so the successful candidate will need to be proficient across all social media channels (especially Instagram and Facebook), demonstrate a flair for maximising demographic exposure across a variety of methods. In terms of office duties, these will range from basic administrative duties through to stakeholder engagement and business development (lead generation).

This is a 15 hour part-time role initially, with a view to going full time. Flexible working hours over three days.

A day in the life of your new role;

  • Managing the social media platforms, writing content, scheduling posts, managing comments and producing visuals
  • Creating and posting unique, exciting and interesting content on a regular basis promoting user interaction and local community engagement
  • Encouraging new followers, improving traffic engagement across all sites and providing a weekly analysis of social media activity
  • Managing and further growing an engaged audience over our social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
  • Carry out market research to enable the job
  • Targeting potential clients through online platform, telephone and email
  • Being the first point of contact for Customers by phone and email
  • Walking new clients through our on-boarding processes
  • Assisting with enquires about any of our services
  • Supporting invoicing and chasing for late payments
  • Communicating with internal teams, assisting with Administration tasks.

We'd love to speak to you if have:

  • An undergraduate degree
  • 2 or more years? experience in social media management
  • Experience in office management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS office, in particular Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders

In return you will receive:

  • Salary £20k - £24k (pro rata)
  • Commission for successful lead conversion
  • 20 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays
