Customer Service Advisor ? Sheffield City Centre ?


  • Attractive Working Hours - Monday-Friday (8:30am ? 6:00pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00-14:00) and no Sunday work!

  • Contract - Permanent

  • Commission - Achievable bonus c£500 per month

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first line of support for the thousands of businesses that depend on our services, speaking to on average 40 customers a day via phone, which will be a combination of general service and sales enquires. You will always go above and beyond, while being able to identify other ways XLN can help their business grow with additional products or services.
