Desktop On-site Support Analyst 2nd/3rd line

Rate £15ph. - £20ph. DOE

Working Hours Day Monday - Friday

A market-leading organisation is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician /Desktop support in a to join its fast-paced environment initially on a 3-month contract to support BAU.

The successful candidate will have a professional level to support the following levels:

  • IT support/Desktop Support Role which has included, Configuring and Troubleshooting end Users Equipment
  • Deploying/installing Windows 10
  • SCCM to deploy software packages, check compliance on machines remotely shadow onto devices, dealing with escalations
  • Managing tickets through ServiceNow
  • Managing & Maintaining Workloads to agreed SLA?s
  • Troubleshooting PC/Server/Laptops/ Hardware and Software issues which will in include upgrading and installing.
  • Comfortable supporting customer face to face, remotely and via the telephone.
  • Networks, 0365
  • Microsoft Windows Security via Central Management tool SCCM
  • Build Laptops/backing update data/Transfer data /Imaging/Deploy and Asset management
  • + Various other duties

Salary: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

  • Active Directory: 3 years (Preferred)
