Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, alcohol treatment, learning disability, wellbeing and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Job overview

The Norfolk and Waveney Wellbeing Service is looking for a professional, conscientious, calm and confident individual join our existing team of Management Support Administrators to support our Senior Management Team with all their administrative requirements.



You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. The role will entail general administration, diary management, updating systems / databases, compiling reports and minute taking.



Main duties of the job



Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.



Ensure confidential information is retained and stored in line with Trust policy in an efficient and effective manner.



To liaise in a professional manner with each member of the team, providing relevant information.



Using set procedures to undertake administrative and secretarial functions around legislative procedures.



To use electronic systems to input and access information as required by the locality management team.



Attend and contribute to internal / external meetings relevant to the post.



Provide data as requested by the locality team / organisation.



Provide cover for other administrative staff during holidays and sickness, across the Locality.



Flexible working up to 30 hours per week and home working supported.



Base will be Longwater Business Park, Norwich.

The Trust has now introduced a DBS Update Service which is a contractual requirement. You need to subscribe when you have applied for your DBS clearance and there is a time limit to subscribe of 19 days after receipt of your DBS disclosure. Please ensure that this is completed within the set time scale.



This update service is an annual subscription at a cost of £13 to you. This will enable the Trust to have instant online access to your DBS record, with your consent, and so will remove the need for you to have to apply for this repeat check again.
