This position is part of the Programme Management Team of BREEAM. The role has responsibility for market and sector engagement undertaking account management activities for both current and future clients and key influencers for the BREEAM and CEEQUAL Brands.

This role will be accountable for establishing and maintaining relationships with BREEAM?s key partners as well as monitoring performance and supporting the growth of the BREEAM brand internationally. This role will also be the primary co-ordination point for NABERS UK within the BREEAM team. BRE has recently become the scheme administrator for NABERS UK which represents an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong desire to make an impact in the Office Sector in the UK.

How will I add value in this role?

  • Maintaining and supporting key customer relationships with existing National Scheme Operators and BREEAM/CEEQUAL Champions and Ambassadors in accordance with contractual agreements,

  • Supporting National Scheme Operators in their interpretation of the BREEAM Process and Technical Standards,

  • Identifying opportunities for further collaboration with existing partners,

  • Assisting with marketing and sales initiatives by representing BREEAM in relevant UK and International forums,

  • Actively promoting BREEAM and BREEAM Partners through effective information exchange,

  • Monitoring performance of BREEAM Partners through effective account management and audits,

  • Supporting the Legal Team in preparing contractual documentation,

  • Responding to partner enquiries,

  • Ensure the smooth delivery and operation of NABERS UK

  • Preparing regular reports and analysis on financial and other performance indicators for the senior management team,

Supporting business group directors, senior management and business development team in developing and formalising relationships with partners to promote and grow BREEAM internationally.

What do I need in order to deliver this role?

  • Educated to a degree level

  • A real desire to engage and build relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver greater value.

  • A passion for implementing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective time management skills with an ability to work without supervision

  • Good presentation skills

  • IT literate and extensive knowledge of MS office etc.

Would also be great to have:

  • Experience or knowledge of the built environment or construction industry

  • Proven experience and track record in a similar role

  • Extensive knowledge of the BREEAM business
