Technical Sales & Marketing Executive Full Time

Established in 2001 Encore Machinery are sole UK importers for a range of print finishing & packaging machinery. Due to company growth, we are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our busy, friendly sales & support team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be working alongside our Managing Director, assisting to drive the business forward by increasing sales of our range of products, as well as building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

A practical mindset is necessary to apply for this role with self-motivation together with an open mind and excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Technical Sales & Marketing Executive

Core responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist with the sales of machines, spare parts, and technical support enquiries
  • Create and maintain sales projects within our CRM system
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, website management & social media presence
  • Assist with product sampling, machine demonstrations & presentations ? both via video and in-person
  • Identify new business opportunities ? sales prospecting and market research
  • Build up relevant industry knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends
  • Attend tradeshows and exhibitions where required
  • Work as part of a team with a positive mindset and to be flexible when needed

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills both verbally and numerically with a commercial approach.
  • Driven by results ? a keen interest in sales growth
  • Technical background desirable and the ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to read technical / parts drawings
  • PC literate with experience of MS office tools such as MSWord and Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise
  • Works well under pressure
  • Clean driving licence with the use of own car

Full-time hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 am until 5 pm.

Salary: £ Competitive basic salary + quarterly company sales performance-driven bonus scheme

Please note that travel overnight stays and working outside of normal hours to complete tasks/site visits will be expected on occasion, due to the varied nature of the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
