Lender Account Manager Full Time

We are seeking a Lender Account Manager to join our SimplyBiz Mortgages team. This is a field based role.

What you?ll be doing:

  • Positively influencing business levels for mortgages and ancillary products
  • Supporting the Head of SimplyBiz Mortgages in achieving KPI?s and targets set for the Mortgage Club
  • Completing project work within the agreed timescales
  • Managing partner expectations
  • Identifying new opportunities within our partners proposition to benefit our members
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with lenders and ancillary partners, with the ability to identify new income streams and time saving opportunities
  • Controlling and running Mortgage Events and Master Classes efficiently and effectively
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments to identify new business opportunities and improve member retention
  • Working collaboratively and effectively with internal members of staff to enhance our members overall experience with SimplyBiz
  • Comprehensively troubleshooting any problems, challenges or complaints

What you need to succeed:

  • A good working knowledge of the Mortgage, and General Insurance Market Place.
  • CeMap qualified advantageous
  • Previous working knowledge and experience in the Intermediary sector
  • The ability to motivate and influence Directly Authorised intermediaries
  • Previous experience of Business Development or Account management in the Financial Sector
  • Skill set in proactively overcoming objections efficiently and effectively
  • Moderate level of Compliance knowledge, understanding its importance to the industry and how SimplyBiz Group benefits and supports our members and their businesses

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
