£32,900 - £49,300 depending on skills and experience + excellent benefits + annual bonus

Our Capital Projects teams are responsible for developing and building our Renewables Assets, both onshore and offshore with a focus on maximising the value of our current pipelines, whilst pursuing new markets.

What is the Role?

Seagreen is a multi-billion-pound offshore wind development and construction project, and as the Project Planner, you will be part of a team of Planners responsible for management of the overall Project schedule. You'll work closely with the Seagreen Project Services team, Project and Package Managers, and the wider Capital Projects Team to ensure delivery of a successful project

Some of your main accountabilities will include;

  • Managing the Programme schedule (Primavera P6) for one of the three principle contracts on the Seagreen project.
  • Producing Integrated Master Schedules with integration of Contractor programmes.
  • Identifying critical path and ensure potential delays to critical activities are identified and mitigated.
  • Providing Project Management with analysis of schedule delay impacts and mitigation strategies.
  • Taking a lead role in Schedule Risk Analysis, both through 'what-if' scenario planning, and through use of quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis tools.
  • Producing clear and concise management reports to assist senior management decision making.

What do I need?

We are looking for someone who has considerable Project Planning experience, working with large, multi-contract Engineering and Construction projects, including building fully integrated complex activity networks. You'll have a high degree of proficiency in planning methods and Primavera P6 and have the ability to produce clear and concise information that will assist senior management decision making.

Experience in carrying out delay analysis and analysis of schedule implications of contractor claims will also be required. Outstanding communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills will be essential for this role, allowing you to forge and maintain strong working relationships.
