There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK?s largest house builders. Our East Midlands Division is looking to recruit an Administrator to join the Division.
The Role
The role of Divisional Administrator provides effective and timely administrative support to the Finance Director and assists the PA to Managing Director with general HR administration.
Principal accountabilities of the role include:
Support the Finance Manager/Finance Director, with secretarial support such as producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing, diary management, organising meetings and general administration.
Support the Finance Manager/Finance Director and PA to Managing Director with Human Resources administration management including; maintaining holiday records for weekly paid staff, divisional administration of apprenticeships and updating training records.
Lead on the administration of company cars and mobile devices for the division including 4G billing and equipment
Support with adhoc sales administration such as PDQ management and document uploads following plot sales as required
Control and process all hardware requests/replacements across the division
Provide cover for critical tasks during leave periods
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Experience
Previous experience of working in a busy secretarial/ administrative role supporting at Director level
Qualifications and Training
GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above
Skills and Aptitude
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Strong communicating and listening skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems
