We are currently looking to recruit ambitious Field Sales Managers to join our field sales team to support in the growth of our business within a targeted region covering mainly postcode areas; CV, DY, ST, TF, WR, WS, WV. The role is highly customer orientated which delivers high quality execution of plans, by demonstrating leading edge market insight within our customer base. Whilst being able to develop strong relationships with both our external clients but also internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for the development of business within a defined geographical area, seeking to maximise territory value sales and profit by opening new ?targeted? outlets, as well as influencing opportunities in existing outlets to;

· Increase depth of core range distribution via Order Delivery

· Increase levels of products and other associated group product availability

· Increase Channels promotional distribution and quality of shelf space supported through placements of stands

· Management of nominated local accounts to drive profitable volume

· Use of technology to drive efficient territory coverage, utilising the new Bonds App or telesales team in where appropriate

The Field Sales Manager deliver this by managing their time effectively combining face to face customer visits including the taking of orders, telesales themselves or moving customers to our office based telesales teams and leveraging relationships to rollout the use of our own ordering App to identified customers. We are equally wanting to grow all of our geographical areas so it will be critical that individuals continually seek out new business opportunities.

We are looking for individuals who have experience of working within a similar field-based role previously, ideally with an FMCG setting, however this is not a must. You however must have a love for sales, driving new sales and building lasting relationships with your customers. The role is hands on and will see you managing your time between our customers sites for the majority of your week as well as being effective in your time management to give the best service possible to your customers.
