Qualifications and experience


· Strong experience with English and Content Writing

· Strong research skills

· Experience across all social media platforms for both B2C and B2B

· Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Canva

· Passionate about brand and marketing

· Ability to work as part of a team

Content Writing

· Plan and create digital content for our clients with a focus on content writing

· Write effective social media content plans and ad hoc content to help our clients achieve their B2B or B2C goals

· Supporting the social media content creation for Cross Productions and Niche Magazine

· Write effective blog content for our clients to help them achieve their digital goals, keeping SEO in mind

· Support the journalists in writing and proof-reading articles and blogs for Niche Magazine

· Think outside the box and go above and beyond for our clients

· Support the Digital Team with new and existing clients to meet monthly targets

· Support our clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure the best results are achieved in line with their goals and expectations

· Keep up to date with the latest marketing and social media trends

· Be compliant with our in-house process for onboarding new clients, creating content, reporting data and posting ad hoc

· Spot opportunities for all clients when they arise

· Proof-read all your and other work before it goes to the client / potential client

· Represent our brand and values at all times

· Be knowledgeable about demographics and psychographics

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Account Management

· Stay up to date with client records and updates in the CRM

· Pass all content over once signed off by the sales rep to the client following the process

· Be able to multitask and change priorities to suit the need of the client

· Communicate with clients to inform them of content progress and success as well as chasing any ad hoc content

· Help to complete all content in advance by the 20th of each month to allow time for edits and approval

· Create industry reports to stay up to date with the latest news and trends for clients individually

· Create weekly LinkedIn posts for your personal profile to help support and promote the company and our department

Customer Service and Communication

· Ensure client deadlines are met

· Deal with any issues or complaints immediately

· Escalate any client issues to your line manager immediately

· Maintain professional verbal and written communication with all work contacts

· Conduct all company telephone or video meetings in a professional manner, using appropriate scrips when provided

· Perform security updates and maintenance as notifications appear

· Check for updates on a weekly basis

· Keep an accurate diary of all client meetings
