Contact Centre Trainer Full Time

We're looking for skilled bilingual Trainers who can can fluently speak, read and write in both Urdu and English, to join our client's busy Contact Centre.

Location: Work from home (6 month full-time contract)

Salary: £22,000

Shifts: TBC

I am looking for talented trainers who will effectively train a team of content moderators on a high-volume social media platform. It's key that we get the right fit for this role as it is all about developing, improving and helping people develop their skills to protect the trust and safety of our client's platform.

You love developing and supporting individuals, actively representing the customer throughout the organisation, highlighting trends, suggesting and implementing improvements and feeding back to colleagues.

You should enjoy working with people, managing your own time and workload, have strong attention to detail, and must be comfortable and open to viewing highly sensitive digital content. Additionally, you'll also be able to adapt your approach to individuals and thrive on developing others to excel.

To get the most from this role, experience of, coaching, training and developing others is a must. You must also be fluent in Urdu to be considered for this role.

You will have experience and passion for training and developing people.

You will have the desire to create positive, constructive & effective individual development plans for all those being quality monitored and coached and to run highly effective training for content moderators.

You have experience of multi-tasking, adhering to deadlines, managing workload effectively, being flexible and a team player.

You will need to complete all quality monitoring, coaching and development documentation to high standard of accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness in line with required timescales and to ensure the highest levels of consistency when conducting quality monitoring.

You?ll have a good understanding of departmental performance standards, objectively and accurately identifies development needs.
