Telesales Advisor

A well-established Facilities Services Business has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Telesales person to work in its vibrant Sales Department.

A confident, dynamic, structured, self-motivated and highly driven Telesales person is required to liaise with the businesses substantial client database regarding outstanding quotations that have been prepared by our quotes department and tasked with converting quotes into orders.

This isn?t your standard telesales environment and you won?t be making hundreds of short calls a day, you will be speaking to existing business customers and as such will need to take time to build a relationship to aid future conversations and quotation conversions.

Whilst you will need to have a lively and bubbly attitude, love to talk and know how to sell quotes in order to convert them into orders there is an element of administration involved and therefore you will need to know your way around a computer and be super organised.

You will be supported by the rest of the Sales and Admin team who will take your orders and build them into a work order to be issued to our helpdesk.

You will also be supported by a Sales Manager, Field sales managers, the entire sales team and other Insight UK Departments.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have a strong and proven B2B Telesales sales background.

· Experience in database usage and data logging ? training for our specific system will be given.

· Be IT literate ? MS Office, etc

· Have strong customer care focus

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be able to build strong and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues

· Ability to learn quickly & apply knowledge to a wide variety of

· Good written & verbal communications skills, specifically a confident
& professional telephone manner Positive Attitude

· Basic knowledge of customer relationship management systems

  • Have a strong organising ability

The Role?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Call Customers that have outstanding quotations and liaise with them in regards to successfully securing orders for the quotations.
  • Build customer relationships and customer confidence, to aid the sales process in the future.
  • To successfully manage rejections and develop pre-emptive rejection answers.
  • Negotiate price reductions where absolutely necessary within a fixed margin.
  • Data log all calls and correspondence, to allow preparation to be made for follow up calls.
  • Resolving customer queries via communication with other relevant business departments.
  • Self-organisation and prioritisation of work load.
  • Manage and schedule all initial sales calls and follow up calls.

· Report as to lost Quotations as constructive feedback to help the Sale team in their future endeavours.

· Assist the department manager in the compilation of reports for conversion measurement.

  • Daily communication with the Sales Manager and Sales team about quoting requirements

· Maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction; take action when needed to meet the expectations of the customer.

· You may be required from time to time to assist the Sales team with booking appointments for Sales Reps

Benefit package

Basic Wages £18,000.00 - £20,000.00 per annum dependent on experience
