Specialising in low level access systems, Power Towers range of powered and non powered products provides a safe and effective alternative to ladders, podiums and step-ups.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a keen, enthusiastic motivated individual to work on our conveyorised powder line in our new paint shop. Previous experience working in the powder coating industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. We offer excellent benefits and a friendly clean working environment with potential long term career prospects.

This is a full-time position working Monday ? Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 7am - 12pm (39 hours a week).

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Loading/unloading parts onto and from the line
  • Use cranes to load heavier items
  • Loading jigs
  • Masking parts
  • Checking the quality of parts
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to
  • Work to tight deadlines and meeting company production targets

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Ideally you will have previous experience working in the powder coating industry although not essential as full training will be given
  • Be hard working, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach
  • Be available for overtime if required
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Must have good organisational skills
  • Willing to learn and grow in a high performance team

Starting salary £9.42 with the potential to earn more as skill set increases measured by the company's skills matrix.
