Role Title: Central Trainer
Role Type: 9 month secondment

You will work remotely as part of a brand-new team created to deploy the new dispensing system across circa. 1400 stores across the Lloyds Pharmacy estate.

Reporting to the Change Coach Team Leader, you will play a part in the delivery of the new Pharmacy Dispensing system, ensuring successful implementation across the Lloyds Pharmacy estate. As an advocate for learning, you will provide technical support on the system both pre and post roll out delivering virtual classroom and one-to-one training. You will assess the individual and branch training needs and highlight where additional training is required supporting them through a time of change.
In addition, your duties will involve, but are not limited to, producing action plans for each pharmacy post visit and continuously update dependant on their needs. You will monitor compliance, liaise with senior stakeholders and share best practice all whilst adopting a continuous improvement approach.
About you
With demonstrable coaching, mentoring and training skills and a full understanding of current dispensary practice, you will be a Qualified Dispenser, or equivalent, with strong knowledge of how pharmacy works. You will have experience of working collaboratively with other teams and first-class written and verbal communication skills that will enable you to influence and engage at all levels. In addition, you will be a forward thinker with the ability to plan ahead and deliver to tight deadlines. As a system savvy individual, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel.
