In this field based role you will be required to travel nationally which will include overnight stays. You?ll be part of a brand-new team created to deploy the new dispensing system across circa. 1400 stores across the Lloyds Pharmacy estate.

Reporting to the Change Coach Team Leader and working alongside the Central Trainer and IT Engineer, you will play a part in the delivery of the new Pharmacy Dispensing system, ensuring successful implementation across the Lloyds Pharmacy estate. You will work with the Change Coach Team Leader to plan and organise the pharmacy visit schedule ensuring that the plan is adhered to and schedule and agree amendments as and when appropriate.

In addition, your duties will involve, but are not limited to, producing action plans for each pharmacy post visit and continuously update dependant on their needs. You will monitor compliance, liaise with senior stakeholders and share best practice all whilst adopting a continuous improvement approach.

About you

With demonstrable IT knowledge and a full understanding of current dispensary practice, you will be a Qualified Dispenser, or equivalent, with strong knowledge of how pharmacy works. You will have experience of working collaboratively with other teams and first-class written and verbal communication skills that will enable you to influence and engage at all levels. In addition, you will be a forward thinker with the ability to plan ahead and deliver to tight deadlines. As a system savvy individual, you will be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel. A valid UK Drivers License and flexible approach are a given and this role will involve travel, stay overs and late evening work.
