Senior PA/Executive Assistant Full Time

at Cambridge & Counties Bank Leicester in Leicester (Published at 10-11-2020)

Location: Leicester Salary: circa £27,500 pa

In this busy and varied role, you will provide full executive/personal assistant support, secretarial and administrative services, and delivering seamless business support to at least one member of the Executive, plus the wider Executive team in the event of the absence of their own EA. You will also provide some support for the wider governance and control framework across the Bank, which will include the preparation and circulation of Committee papers and producing minutes. You will greet visitors, manage diaries, book travel and accommodation, and liaise with stakeholders.
As such, you must be a highly professional and experienced PA/EA within the financial sector and be able to demonstrate your ability to simultaneously handle a wide range of activities and deal with highly confidential matters with utmost discretion.

For this role you willalso need the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience as a Senior PA/Executive Assistant within the financial sector, capable of approaching unfamiliar situations with common sense and a can do attitude

  • Able to handle a widevariety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

  • Highly organised anddetail orientated, with the ability to be highly effective at prioritising andhandling a heavy workload

  • Strong and proven problemsolving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assume responsibilityand follow through on tasks

  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Excellent IT skillsincluding knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office programmes andwillingness and ability to learn other software / technologies

  • Experienced in takingmeeting minutes and preparation thereof
