We are currently recruiting Domiciliary care workers within Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. Experience is not essential as full free training is provided however you must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. We are recruiting on a Full time, Part time or Zero hour basis (permanent contracts are offered to full time staff members).

Job requirements:

  • Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • To deliver a high standard of care and maintain high standards we expect as a company.
  • To effectively communicate with staff and supervisors ensuring delivery of an efficient and responsive service meeting the needs of our service users.
  • Ensure Secure Healthcare service users receive the highest standards of care within their own home.
  • Provide personal care and support to service users for example, washing, bathing, and toileting. You also need to be able to prepare meals, refreshments, snacks, Carry out general housekeeping duties, including laundry, vacuuming,
  • Promote/encourage independence where possible
  • Develop healthy relationships with service users, relatives, and visitors and have the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, service users, appropriate family members and ensure the approach used is appropriate and empathetic.
  • Report any changes/concerns to the office and/or the out of hours service

Pay rates up to £9.77 this includes Mileage and travel time
