Technical Service Desk Analyst Full Time

The University of Bradford is seeking to grow its IT Service Provision and this is an exciting time to join us and make a real difference to the University and our students. You will be part of a team of staff to support the staff and students with IT issues and requests.


You will work closely with the wider IT Teams and the Service Desk Team to provide service excellence across the department. To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate experience of working as a 1st line Service Analyst and the ability to work with complex systems and to translate technical data in order to communicate with a wide variety of audiences. You will have solid experience of providing technical support via the telephone/Skype and email channels. Experience of supporting O365 and Windows 10 is essential.
