Head of Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Full Time

We are looking for an Head of Digital Marketing & Lead Generation to innovate , win , and grow with us !

Are you a Digital Marketing professional who has:
The ability define and construct online experiences that engage, educate and influence viewers?

Provided strategic counsel to define and guide successful digital programmes?

The operational know-how to effectively scope projects, gather requirements, allocate resources and manage complex digital initiatives to a successful outcome?

Designed and implemented online experiences that have moved users through the demand generation funnel from awareness to purchase?

Masterfully built and executed marketing automated programs in marketing platforms? (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua?)

The ability to optimise and direct digital marketing and lead generation?

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, EMEA and APAC, this person will provide strategic digital programme coaching to the entire marketing team, drive best practices, align marketing technology and processes, and empower the broader marketing team.

They will also actively lead on driving digital optimization across the lines of business within GBS, creating a best-in-class digital brand environment (all platforms) and a strong lead generation programme with our solutions marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics for B2B SEM, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media, and campaign management to increase traffic, engagement and conversion. Prior experience with marketing automation platforms and related digital marketing technology is required; direct experience with Marketo is preferred.

This is a standalone role (no direct reports) and the successful candidate will also be a part of the GBS marketing leadership team.

Drive evolution of the online experience for visitors through the adoption of new technologies and online marketing techniques

Develop strategic online marketing programme for GBS and manage implementation efforts

Coach on best practices and proactively offer creative ideas and solutions to internal partners on how to better leverage the marketing automation platform to improve conversions and results

Provide strategic guidance to the GBS marketing team, assisting team members as they build and deploy marketing programmess

Partner with the Digital Team based in the US to deliver an effective, customer-centric experience for Bottomline's prospective customers

Drive a culture of continuous KPI improvement through various testing methods, including A/B, multivariate, and user experience testing.

Stay informed on the latest digital marketing strategy and trends, user experience design, and technologies to accomplish business goals

Provide strategic counsel into the evaluation and purchase of Marketing Technology; including staying abreast of latest releases as part of MarTech evaluations

Uphold marketing compliance with all stated Bottomline specified compliance, as well as all legal and regionally specified terms and compliance requirements; this include educating and communicating these mandates to the Marketing team.

Find creative and technical solutions related to achieving specific business goals, demand generation campaigns, and content marketing strategies

Lead and implement testing methodologies (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates (content, email templates, landing pages, offers, etc.) optimize campaign results, and measure the relative impact of various tactics, messages, and media

Create a "digital first" culture and evangelize to all levels within the GBS business

Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, marketing operations, or web technology

Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required; including the ability to build strong team relationships and provide on-going professional

Exceptional collaborator and communicator with proven ability to partner with related internal teams such as marketing operations, demand generation, IT, content marketing and creative team

Deep experience in website optimization and SEM techniques. Prefer global experience.

Knowledge of usability methods and best practices, cognitive web principles and methodologies

Excellent project/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities as well as strong follow-through

Solid background in UI/interaction design and modern Web technologies

Experience in Information Architecture including use cases and specifications development

Professional experience in global B2B marketing preferred

Proficient in marketing and sales technology applications

Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities; grace under fire a must with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Direct experience with Marketo and Salesforce a plus

Analytical skills and process oriented with love of operational efficiency highly desired

Strong leadership skills with experience and confidence interacting with multiple levels of management

Education :
Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS), major in marketing, computer science or similar degree preferred
