The Experienced UX/UI Designer will join a growing team of Developers and testers building a new SAAS platform with a front End built with Angular JS. It is a very exciting time to join the team as we engage with the future and build new solutions, platforms and interrogate the UX/UI.

Are you an expert designer of Icons? Can you wireframe and research User Journeys? If you have a balance of cutting edge Design skills AND can contribute to the analysis behind UX, Championing the clients experience back to our team? We want you to be an integral part of our growing design team, we have recently acquired other companies and have some engaging and far reaching work for you to do in the heart of buzzing Wimbledon.

We are looking for an inspired Designer who is happy to engage and take ownership of all design lead input. You will be presented with new experiences and take responsibility of the UX and UI Design.

The Digital Designer Working in a first class and rewarding environment in Wimbledon. We have a growing, small friendly team of professional technologists in the heart of Wimbledon.

Responsibilities & Duties for the Senior UX UI Designer

·Working closely with the web development and product strategy teams to ensure that all development work meets consistent design and usability standards.

·Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education in a related discipline such as Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Interactive Media, Web Design, Information/Business Technology or related field.

·Excellent design skills (layout, type, colour, interaction) combined with big picture thinking and strategic prioritization

·Comprehensive understanding of user-centred design principles, prototyping at varying levels of fidelity, and validating your designs

·Working with customers and customer representatives to understand the UI and UX challenges faced by users of the healthtech software.

·Working with our marketing team to ensure that the branding of the application is consistent with other contact that customers have with us

UX/UI Designer Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Skills, Qualifications & Experience for the UX Designer

·Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant discipline.

·Candidates must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in web application design, and must be very confident of their technical ability with common design tools and technologies (e.g. Photoshop, HTML, CSS).

·Experience with iterative development and UX assessment and improvement would also be extremely valuable.

·The role involves working on a large, complex product through multiple simultaneous projects, and so the candidate must have an excellent work ethic and time management skills as well as being able to get up to speed with new projects quickly.
