a proficiency in Sage 50 an advantage

Answer ?phone, take bread orders/good ?phone manner.

Input all ?phone and emailed orders onto Excel spreadsheet ready for distribution schedule, record adjustment to bread volumes / proficient at MS Excel.

Filing/methodical, organised.

Manage email boxes, make business owner and Accounts aware of emails pertaining to them. Reply to all others/computer literate.

  • office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
