Office Administrator Full Time

at The Bond Group in London (Published at 15-01-2020)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join out Installations team based at our head office in Sheerness.

Main Duties

  • Planning and arranging site labour for the installation, removal and on-site refurbishment
  • Communicating with site installation team
  • Prompt distribution of work completion notes back to project team
  • Raising purchase orders for sub-contractor installation companies
  • Preparing and distributing job information packs

Experience/Knowledge/skills needed

  • Experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Hours of Work

37.5 hours per week worked flexibly between the hours of Monday ? Friday: 8.00am ? 5.00pm

STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.49 /hour
