A&E Agency has been providing doctors to healthcare clients since 2008. Back then, the company consisted of just our three founding members covering emergency medicine doctors in the Manchester area and over the next few years we saw huge growth in every aspect of our business, and we are now an established and market-leading agency for doctors operating UK-wide. Our ethos has always been to maintain growth which is why we?ve expanded into different specialities outside of just A&E - as a result, we?ve built up expert levels of knowledge in many specialist areas. We provide our clients with high-calibre doctors in either locum or permanent positions for both NHS trusts and private hospitals and we now have teams that specialise in placing doctors across: A&E; Anaesthetics; Medicine; Obstetrics and gynaecology; Paediatrics; Surgery.

We are currently looking to appoint a Compliance officer to assist our friendly recruitment team based at our office in Central Manchester.

We are keen to speak to people with a compliance background but are also happy to consider those who don?t have experience but are looking to develop a long and rewarding career in a busy recruitment business.

Under the direction of the Compliance Team Leader and Compliance Manager, the compliance officer maintains and builds a consistent pipeline of Doctors to their designated team. This involves working in conjunction with the Recruiter and the candidates to ensure they remain compliant for placement in accordance with Company Quality procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an active candidate database to meet client requirements
  • Assist the consultant team by providing them with candidate information.
  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative elements of the registration process are adhered to in line with company standards.
  • Contact Candidates according to their priority status.
  • Proactively manage the candidate database, ensuring that priority candidates are fast tracked through the compliance process and utilising the priority scale
  • Undertake regular reviews of candidate filed to ensure that all appropriate information is maintained and up to date
