We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Compliance Officer based at our modern offices in Turnford.

Within this role you will be working within a team of compliance officers under the direction of the compliance manager and team leader to support with the registration and compliance to the Pulse Recruitment Team


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an active candidate database to meet client requirements

  • Assist the consultant team by providing them with candidate information.

  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative elements of the registration process are adhered to in line with company standards.

  • Contact Candidates according to their priority status.

  • Proactively manage the candidate database, ensuring that priority candidates are fast tracked through the compliance process and utilising the priority scale

  • Undertake regular reviews of candidate filed to ensure that all appropriate information is maintained and up to date
